The Lincolnshire Show
Brought to you by The Lincolnshire Agricultural Society
We’re a registered charity whose aims are to support our local agricultural community and allied trades, and to educate about food, farming and the countryside.
By sponsoring, exhibiting at or visiting the Lincolnshire Show, or if you’re a Member of the Society, you’re helping us to fulfil our charitable objectives – so thank you!
We work closely with individuals, schools, organisations and businesses whose common vision is to promote the agricultural industry and support activities that have a positive effect on our environment and community.
We’re based at our 270-acre Showground, and alongside hiring out the venue for a whole variety of events, we run a number of our own throughout the year with many focused on education, including Farmhouse Breakfast Week, Countryside Lincs and Lincolnshire Day. At the Lincolnshire Show itself, we host the popular Schools’ Challenge, livestock and machinery tours and plenty of fun activities around the event, attracting around 6,000 school children to the Show each year.
If you’d like to discuss any of these events further, please contact our education team on 01522 522900 or by emailing education@lincolnshireshowground.co.uk.
