The Lincolnshire Agricultural Society is thrilled to announce the winner and runner-up of the 2025 Grow with the Show competition, celebrating the best of small businesses in the region. This year’s winner is Mumento, founded by Rosie Wigan, while Castiza UK, led by Beatriz De Arcos Marin, takes the runner-up position.
Winner: Mumento – Rosie Wigan
Mumento, founded by Rosie Wigan, is revolutionising how parents commemorate their pregnancy journeys with bespoke 3D pregnancy sculptures. Using cutting-edge scanning and printing technology, Mumento creates beautifully detailed sculptures that capture the fleeting moments of pregnancy, allowing parents to cherish them forever.
Rosie’s passion for her work stems from her own personal experience. After struggling with postnatal depression, she sought a way to embrace her pregnancy and create something lasting, inspiring her to start Mumento. Since launching, she has worked tirelessly to spread awareness of this innovative service, ensuring more parents know they can create a keepsake of this transformative period in their lives.

Rosie’s stand at the Lincolnshire Show will feature a range of sculptures she has created, giving visitors the chance to see and feel the detail of her work. She will also be offering live demonstrations of the 3D scanning process, allowing attendees to engage with the technology behind these unique keepsakes.
Runner-Up: Castiza UK – Beatriz De Arcos Marin
Taking the runner-up spot is Castiza UK, a Spanish catering business founded by Beatriz De Arcos Marin. Castiza offers authentic, handcrafted Spanish sauces and catering services, bringing the rich flavours of Spain to Lincolnshire. Her bestselling chorizo jam has become a favourite among customers, and her business has already made a significant impact through Spanish cooking classes, themed events, and catering services for prestigious clients.
Beatriz, originally from Spain, has been deeply inspired by her family’s culinary traditions. She has dedicated herself to showcasing the diversity of Spanish cuisine, working closely with Lincolnshire farmers and producers to create a truly unique offering.

Beatriz’s stand at the Show will feature a rustic, Mediterranean-inspired display, complete with tasting stations where visitors can sample her handcrafted sauces and signature dishes. Her interactive approach will allow visitors to experience the true essence of Spanish cuisine firsthand.
A Platform for Growth
Grow with the Show, an initiative run by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, provides new small businesses with a platform to showcase their businesses, gain exposure, and connect with a wider audience. The competition offers winners the opportunity to exhibit at the Lincolnshire Show, helping them to build their brands and expand their reach.

Organised by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society (LAS), a registered charity dedicated to educating the public on food, farming, and the environment, the Lincolnshire Show is a beloved family-friendly event that attracts over 60,000 visitors each year, including 6,000 schoolchildren and over 500 exhibitors. The event is home to around 2,500 animals, highlighting its strong agricultural roots.
