TRADE space at this year's Lincolnshire County Show is filling up faster than ever with traders keen to secure their presence at the popular show which attracts around 60,000 people each year.
Trade space take-up has doubled compared to this time last year with the Agricultural area already full to capacity and The Mews and Food Court areas only having limited spaces left.
The Show, which takes place on the 24 and 25 June, attracts thousands of visitors every year to Lincolnshire Showground and organisers have added extra trade space to ensure that this year's show is the biggest one yet.
Jayne Southall, CEO at Lincolnshire Showground said: "This influx of demand from traders is really pleasing and illustrates the strength of the county show and that ours is getting bigger each year. Savvy traders know that having a presence at the Lincolnshire County Show is an excellent way to showcase and sell goods to wide and varied audience.
"This year, we decided to increase trade space to make sure that there is even more variety for everyone to enjoy over the two days."
Among the many businesses who will be trading at the show for the first time this year is Scandinavian company, Wet Wednesdays, who will be selling colourful and hard wearing waterproof clothing for children at half its normal price.
Lizzie Enriquez, owner of Wet Wednesdays said: "We have wanted to be part of the Lincolnshire Show for a few years now and I'm so pleased we will be involved this year. We trade at a number of county shows all over the UK and we always really enjoy it."
This year's County show promises to be the best yet with a variety of entertainment. As well as the many trade stalls, there will be live cookery demonstrations, animal displays and plenty of children's activities.
The Kangaroo Kid - a stuntman from Brisbane - will be rocking the Clydesdale Bank Main Ring with his quadbike antics by performing some of the most dangerous stunts possible.
Another highlight includes the Food Court - filled with exuberant chefs celebrating the best of Lincolnshire produce and providing a range of cooking demonstrations.
