The annual Lincolnshire Show, taking place this year on 18 – 19 June, attracts over 60 artisan food producers from across the length and breadth of Lincolnshire, offering the highest quality produce to the thousands of attendees who visit the Show every year.

The Lincolnshire Show is a destination for food producers and food lovers alike and showcases a delicious mix of produce as well as running regular cooking demonstration by celebrity chiefs.

Amongst the producers is Redhill Farm Pork, a multi-award winning farmer and producer of free range pork based in rural Lincolnshire. The company has recently been selected by the Financial Times as one of the top five bacon curers in the country and won Lincolnshire Producer of the Year 2014 at the Lincolnshire Food & Drink Awards for the 3rd year running.

Celebrating 15 years at The Lincolnshire Show this year, Managing Director of Redhill Farm Pork, Jane Tomlinson said,

"The Lincolnshire Show is undoubtedly a county institution and we are immensely proud that 130 years on the Show is bigger, better and more diverse than ever.
"The Show is well known and respected for showcasing the best food producers from the county and this year we will have more producers in attendance than ever which is fantastic.
"Coming to the Show is an ideal opportunity for guests to learn about all the great foods that are available in Lincolnshire and to try many of them while they are here. There is no other occasion in the county calendar where this is available on such a scale."

Other producers at the Show include Lincolnshire Poacher – an award-winning handmade Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese made on a dairy farm in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, Cote Hill Blue – an award winning soft cheeses producer and A little Luxury Preserves – a small family business producing traditional and contemporary preserves using Lincolnshire's finest ingredients.
