Marcus Wilkinson, Lincoln Minster School

Talented 17-year old Lincoln Minster School student, Marcus Wilkinson, was a finalist at this year's widely recognised Rotary Young Chef of the Year national competition.

Marcus worked extremely hard perfecting a new menu for the judges and seeking local expert opinion in and his eclectic menu contained a mouth-watering crab ravioli, a delicious pesto crusted rack of lamb and an extremely inviting orange chocolate fondant.

Marcus will also be giving a cookery demonstration at the Lincolnshire Show on Wednesday 22nd June at 10am in The Lincolnshire Kitchen, supported by the renowned Lincolnshire Chef, Steven Bennett.
